Exceptions to this are sick leave and vacation, according to the terms and conditions.
  • Vacation Planning: Kai Bleif and students agree to keep each other informed of their vacation plans. This will be done at least 14 days in advance of the next class. If the student has properly informed Kai Bleif of the vacation schedule, this will extend the time period to claim the lessons.
  • Technical problems: If the lesson cannot take place due to technical difficulties caused by the student (even not intentionally), there is no right to a refund in the form of money or an alternative date. However, if the lesson cannot take place due to technical problems on the part of Kai Bleif, it will be made up on another date. A refund of the money is excluded in this case.
  • Preparation: Before the start of the lesson, the student must make sure that all technical requirements for the work are met. It is recommended to work with a laptop or a computer in a low-noise environment.
